For all our legal services, we provide an estimate of our costs. However in certain cases, this might change due to circumstances and outcomes with regards to the progression of a matter. It is our duty to keep you informed at regular intervals how much your legal matter will cost and for that reason, most cases are billed monthly. We ask you for money on account, for the work done on the file and send you an update every month. Any surplus of the money held in the client account will be refunded to you at the conclusion of your matter.

In certain cases, for example Personal Injury and CICA, we have a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) more commonly known as No Win, No Fee. However, clients may have to make payments to our services, if they decide to terminate instructions to us in certain circumstances.

The key stages of your legal matter and likely timescales of the case progression could be affected by the third party authorities we work with such as the Courts, Tribunals and Home Office. We endeavour to keep you updated throughout the timeline of the case.
